TyresFlow Ltd operates as a professional dispatch and coordination platform. We connect customers with a network of independent, subcontracted, and freelance mobile tyre technicians. Please be advised that the fitting service is performed by these independent contractors and not directly by TyresFlow Ltd.
2. Customer Inspection Requirement
To ensure total satisfaction, customers are strictly required to inspect the following before making the final payment to the technician:
The tyre brand, size, and specification.
The quality of the fitting and the condition of the wheel/vehicle.
3. Limitation of Liability
By using our service, you acknowledge that TyresFlow Ltd shall not be held liable for any accidental damage to the vehicle or for the fitting of an incorrect tyre once the final balance has been settled. Your payment to the technician acts as your formal acceptance that the job has been completed correctly and to your satisfaction.
4. Deposit Protection & Refunds
We prioritize the security of your funds. Your deposit is fully protected under the following conditions.
Driver Cancellation:
If the technician cancels the job, your deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled booking.
Incorrect Tyre Identification:
If the technician arrives with the wrong tyre and you identify this before paying the outstanding balance, we will:
Arrange for the correct tyre to be dispatched as a priority.
Provide a full refund of your deposit if you choose not to proceed with the correction.
5. Final Settlement
Payment of the outstanding balance constitutes a waiver of claims regarding tyre specifications and visible damages. We strongly advise all customers to double-check all work in order to ensure everything is in order before the technician leaves the site.
